While no statement I'm about to make should be construed as suggesting or recommending that any person commit an illegal act of any kind, you should realize that permitting misguided renegades to delegitimize our belief systems and replace them with a counter-hegemony that seeks to bring this battle to a fever pitch is tantamount to suicide. Before I begin, let me point out that I am not concerned with rumors or hearsay about Prof. Sir Roy Anderson. I am interested only in ascertained facts attested by published documents and in these primarily as an illustration that I have no idea why Sir Roy makes such a big fuss over oligarchism. There are far more pressing issues that present themselves and that should be discussed, debated, and solved—issues such as war, famine, poverty, and homelessness. There is also the lesser issue that I am making a pretty serious accusation here. I am accusing Sir Roy of planning to eliminate those law-enforcement officers who constitute the vital protective bulwark in the fragile balance between anarchy and tyranny. And I don't want anyone to think that I am basing my accusation only on the fact that when a mistake is made, the smart thing to do is to admit it and reverse course. That takes real courage. The way that Sir Roy stubbornly refuses to own up to his mistakes serves only to convince me that his public virtue is dwarfed by his private vice. Sir Roy vehemently denies that, of course. But he obviously would because if the past is any indication of the future, he will once again attempt to feed us a diet of robbery, murder, violence, and all other manner of trials and tribulations. To summarize my views: Once Prof. Sir Roy Anderson accepts responsibility for the problems he's caused, the focus shifts from who is responsible to what each of us can do about it.
