Speaking of Psychopaths

It’s the topic that pops up like a perennial noxious weed, the trouble with psychopaths. Kenny’s Sideshow has a tidy recap of the 9/11 conspiracies (official and real), along with a nice long list of coconspirators (original source is whodidit.org).

It’s been a long time now since 9/11. Long enough, I suppose, for some people who have clung to the official story to form at least a few little nagging doubts. Long enough for most people to have encountered people who question the official story, and see that they still function normally in the world as opposed to being, you know, crazy. On top of that, it becomes pretty damn clear to practically everybody that we’ve got a very serious corruption problem on our hands, just in general, with government, banks and corporations. So let’s say a window of opportunity has opened. And as the breeze blows through, it’s a good time to revisit the trouble with psychopaths.

Psychopaths are predators. Normal people are not predators. Unless you’ve had a close encounter with a predator over a period of time, you may not fully appreciate just how ruthless they can be. And they know this well, and they have special skills honed to precision just for the purpose of keeping their ruthless natures well hidden. Consequently, normal people find it hard to believe that “anybody could do such a thing,” whatever the thing may be. To wit:

Why Kill Your Own People?

This is the toughest part for the uninitiated to understand. The people who planned and executed the treasonous, heinous crimes of 9-11 are largely drawn from a handful of people known as NeoCons. Many of these are current or former members of PNAC (Project for the New American Century). Many are disciples of Leo Strauss, a German-born, fascistic, political philosopher who taught at the University of Chicago. Strauss thought that the average person was too stupid to decide what is in their best interest and that a ruling elite should govern all of humanity.

Taking a long-term perspective, 9-11 was conceived as a “stepping stone” to eventually enable the creation of a New World Order (NWO), the ultimate goal of the ruling elite — one global, fascistic, police state in perpetual war against an unseen enemy… terrorism.

There were also several short-term objectives of 9-11: to push the USA Patriot Act through a compliant and complicit Congress; to declare war on Afghanistan and Iraq; to create a “siege mentality” in the USA and around the world; to eliminate the Constitution and in doing so eliminate Constitutional Rights and civil liberties; to dramatically increase military and “security” spending; to further divide the country; to rapidly militarize local police; to set the stage for the next “9-11”; and, ultimately, to prepare for martial law.

If this were a checklist, and it is, they’re just about finished. They will fail in the end, but they got this far in part because so many people refuse to believe that members of our own government, military, and of course Our Very Best Friends the Israelis!, would murder thousands of Americans in premeditated murder to further a NWO agenda. The Fallacy of Insufficient Cynicism kicks in.

But it actually has gotten somewhat easier to believe over time, due to the nature of lies and the nature of truth. Especially over the last two years, the fog has cleared for a lot of people. The amount of brutally honest writing one can find online moves the goalposts back toward where they belong, correcting for the artificial frames that pervade corporate media and keep people locked in their mind prisons. Once people grasp the true nature of psychopaths and other -paths, it becomes easier to spot them in the halls of power and everywhere you go. And once you do that, you can escape the CIA frame and actually think your own thoughts about what happened on 9/11 and why, what happened in the financial markets and why, what happened in Israel and why, etc. That’s a beautiful thing. When your mind escapes from their attempts at mind-control, then you’re free. The more of you who become free, the better off we’re all going to be, always bearing in mind that normal people vastly outnumber psychopaths. They need us. We don’t need them.

Foxes and Henhouses

Putting Hank Paulson in charge of bailing out his banker friends with our tax dollars was not such a good idea. Putting Israel in charge of investigating war crimes in Gaza is not such a good idea either. But it’s rude to notice! Tsk tsk.

Under international law, it is the responsibility of the state whose forces are accused to conduct their own inquiry, although the UN Security Council (and the General Assembly) has the power to establish special international tribunals, such as those set up for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda.

Israel says it has the matter in hand.

The Deputy Spokesman at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andy David, told the BBC that “Israel investigates all its actions regardless of outside calls.” He said the country did not need “external intervention to conduct any investigation”.

He said: “Israel acts according to international laws and with highest regards to morality during combat, even beyond the requirement of the law.”

Oh sure, but of course it does. Like remember when that Reuters journalist, Fadel Shana, was murdered by some brave IOF soldier in a tank a mile away, who fired a flechette filled shell at his clearly marked press vehicle, killing him and a bunch of other passersby? Remember that? That was a bit of a stink, right, because those flechette filled shells are sort of frowned upon by the international community.

Although the IDF spokesman refused to comment on operational matters, other IDF sources told JDW that commanders are under orders to use the round sparingly and insist it has been employed on only a “handful” of occasions in Gaza. They said the round is used against targets such as mortar crews who cannot be engaged effectively by automatic fire.

Except this guy Fadel Shana was just a journalist standing a mile away with a camera and a little car. Definitely not to be mistaken for a mortar crew, especially considering that you know the IOF has been provided excellent military technology by the United States, and they certainly would have been able to use things like binoculurs, for instance, to determine the target before firing.

And what happened to this guy? NOTHING!

LONDON (Reuters) - An Israeli tank crew who killed a Reuters cameraman and eight young bystanders in the Gaza Strip four months ago acted properly and will not face legal action, Israel’s senior military lawyer has concluded.

The military advocate-general told the international news agency in a letter sent on Tuesday that troops could not see whether Fadel Shana was operating a camera or a weapon but were nonetheless justified in firing a shell packed with darts that killed him and eight other Palestinians aged between 12 and 20.

…Reuters wrote to Mendelblit on Wednesday with a number of questions, including asking precisely why the soldiers ruled out the possibility that Shana was a cameraman, why the fact he stood in full view of the tanks for some minutes did not suggest he had no hostile intent and why the tank crew, if concerned but unsure, did not simply reverse a few meters out of sight.

The Foreign Press Association in Israel said the army had a “long line of cases clearing its soldiers of deadly negligence”.

It added: “The army is obligated to clearly identify its targets before firing, especially in areas where civilians and journalists are present. The mere suspicion of possible hostilities should not be enough to justify overwhelming deadly force.

“We hope that the army’s conclusion does not appear to give soldiers free license to fire without being sure of the target, greatly hindering the media’s ability to cover the conflict.”

The soldiers are not held to account. And what happens to Israeli settlers when they get all violent on people? NOTHING!

After about thirty seconds of waiting, a small group of very aggressive male Jewish extremists surrounded the international volunteers and began spitting at them, so much so that the internationals described it as “like rain.” Then men from the back of the crowd began jumping up and spitting, while others from the back and side of the crowd kicked the volunteers.

The soldiers, who were standing at the checkpoint just a few feet behind the HRWs, looked on as they were being attacked.

One settler then hit Tove on the left side of her face with an empty bottle, breaking it on her face and leaving her with a broken cheekbone. She immediately fell to the ground and the group of Jewish extremists who were watching began to clap, cheer, and chant. The soldiers, who had only watched until this point, then came forward and motioned at the settlers, in a manner which the internationals described as “ok… that’s enough guys.”

And so forth. Nobody is held accountable where Israel is concerned, so why on earth would anybody in their right mind expect that Israel will do anything but Look The Other Way when investigating its own war crimes against the Palestinians? On the contrary, Israel has promised to support and protect its soldiers against prosecution. What a sick joke.

It wouldn’t have to be air tight

Just to follow up a little on yesterday’s dog whistles about radical terrorists with short money attacking US port cities, to be blamed on Pakistan, Cryptogon has some stories about radioactive things that go missing.

About ten days ago came the story of 15,800 missing Walmart signs. Who cares except that the signs use tritium, which boosts the efficiency and yield of nuclear weapons.

Why would “the terrorists” need to steal glow-in-the-dark signs to obtain tritium?

First of all, Tritium decays over time. I have no idea what the specifics are, but nuclear weapons will require periodic maintenance of their tritium component in order to function as intended. This is top secret nuclear weapons stuff. Maybe someone out there knows the details about this, but I don’t.

Second, tritium—that doesn’t occur naturally—is made in nuclear reactors and you can’t just go down to Walmart and get it. DOH! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)

Third, even assuming that “the terrorists” could obtain pure tritium gas, it’s expensive. Tritium costs about $100,000 per gram (Source: UCLA).

Forth, and most importantly, in the aftermath of any false flag attack involving a nuclear weapon, it will be important to eventually show video of brown skinned people stealing Exit signs from Walmart. The video will run in loops on every TV news show for months. This could be the new Boxcutter 2.0. “They used our Exit signs against us!” Etc.

The narrative might go something like this:

“The terrorists” bought an old nuclear weapon that happened to get loose from the arsenal of the former Soviet Union. “The terrorists,” operating from their caves in some desert wasteland, determined that the tritium on their particular blackmarket bomb, had decayed and would have to be replaced. (Damn Russians! Selling poorly maintained nuclear weapons that have been sitting around for so long that the tritium has decayed!) “The terrorists” looked at their old Soviet nuke, they looked at each other, they looked at their goats and thought, “How will we get more tritium so that our strike against the great Satan brings the most glory to God as possible?”

“Steal it from Walmart,” whispered the ghost on Bin Laden into the ears of “the terrorists.”

Now, if the tritium in the exit signs is going to wind up inside the physics package of a nuclear weapon, “the terrorists” would have to first recover the tritium from these exit signs, and then segregate the tritium from the helium isotopes that result from the natural decay of the tritium. What kind of facility and equipment would be required to to refine the tritium from these exit signs into tritium that’s pure enough for use in a nuclear weapon? I haven’t the slightest clue.

Not to worry, the general public would never think about these details, and so, for purposes of our story, it doesn’t matter. Remember, Boxcutter 2.0. The resulting “investigation” could pass off any bullshit as the official story, and who would question it besides people like you and me?

Yes. Exactly. Who but us aging mooks and midriffs, we rebels without a cause, would notice a thing amiss? Just as the magically falling buildings and disappearing jet airplane wreckage, the story doesn’t have to be air tight. It just needs to hang together….roughly. As long as you have some hate-filled brown people, the rest is easy, at least for the short run.

But just in case some people somewhere are paying attention and asking questions like, “Hey, how did these hate-filled brown people refine the tritium in their caves? With goat milk? Hmmm. Something doesn’t quite add up here….not sure what it is but….HEY! You guys are LYING to us, AREN’T YOU??!!”… there must be an alternative explanation. Perhaps something more scientifically possible.

Not to worry! These guys think of everything, and that’s why they get paid the big bucks to terrorize us.

A number of institutions with licenses to hold nuclear material reported to the Energy Department in 2004 that the amount of material they held was less than agency records indicated. But rather than investigating the discrepancies, Energy officials wrote off significant quantities of nuclear material from the department’s inventory records.

That’s just one of the findings of a report released on Monday by Energy Department Inspector General Gregory Friedman that concluded “the department cannot properly account for and effectively manage its nuclear materials maintained by domestic licensees and may be unable to detect lost or stolen material.”

Auditors found that Energy could not accurately account for the quantities and locations of nuclear material at 15 out of 40, or 37 percent, of facilities reviewed. The materials written off included 20,580 grams of enriched uranium, 45 grams of plutonium, 5,001 kilograms of normal uranium and 189,139 kilograms of depleted uranium.

There (brushing hands together). NOW we’re getting somewhere. Time to add the brown people.
