The Labyrinth

Webster Tarplay gives an interview about Obama and Brzezinski and their plans to manipulate and possibly even confront China and Russia. He is very alarmed.

Here’s a quick recap. He’s saying that Obama’s policies put us into grave danger because he is controlled by a ‘clique of bankers’, the Trilateral Commission (Rockefeller, Soros, etc.), and they are determined to smash Russia and China apart as the new center of world power. Rather than pursuing the neocon policy of picking on “shitty little countries” like Iraq, Iran, and Syria, Zbig would have those countries used as tools against Russia and China.

New targets include Sudan, which supplies 7% of China’s oil, and Pakistan, which will be carved up — just like Iraq — to destroy their usefulness as allies to China or Russia. India and Japan become something like swing states in this battle. The end goal is to pit China against Russia, who then (theoretically) destroy each other, leaving the US and UK as the last power standing. European countries would be used as pawns to execute this plan. Many of the destabilizing actions undertaken would be covert ops predictably resulting in humanitarian missions, and that is how the conflicts begin and blossom.

This all represents imperialism under new ownership. Tarplay’s main worry seems to be that Obama will be very effective selling this new imperialism given his mantra of change, great appeal, and the world’s willingness to meet him half way after eight years of GWB and the neocons.

Let’s think about the choices being presented to people in power today. On the one hand, we have this NWO agenda, which comes dressed as some kind of UN/kumbaya/let’s all get along and share currencies thing, but of course which requires that nations sacrifice their sovereignty in exchange for ‘peace.’ This is the poison pill. Understandably, patriotic people recoil at this thought, and that drives them to oppose the NWO agenda. But that leaves them, naturally, protecting their national sovereignty from challenges. From there, it’s a short step to war.

In this case, Tarplay describes a situation where our status as a world power is now challenged by Russia and China. We may conflate our world power status with national sovereignty, since we have always been accustomed to getting whatever we wanted in the world, by use of force when necessary. And in the sense that the winner makes the rules, being a world power does in fact bequeath a supra-national sovereignty. We can do whatever we want, and we don’t want China and Russia to ever be in a position to dictate to us. This attitude weakens the NWO-agenda, doesn’t it? But it is somewhat warlike at the same time.

What is the alternative? Isn’t it better for the US to balance it’s power against very intelligent and worthy opponents like Russia and China rather than run amok destroying the relatively defenseless Middle East on behalf of Israel? Does a multi-polar world provide more stability than the one currently disintegrating before our very eyes? I think it does.

China and Russia have intelligent leaders. They have tremendous intelligence operations which will help them avoid falling into traps. Who knows what secrets have been sold or otherwise compromised, thereby foiling all sorts of nefarious plans for world domination? They will not easily be lured into conflicts, and smaller countries like Syria and Iran have also shown tremendous restraint to being baited into conflicts. While it’s very important that people remain aware of these large agendas in play, executing these grand plans is much easier said than done.

The problem today is that everything appears suspicious. If people talk peace, they must be looking to sacrifice national sovereignty and institute the NWO. If people talk war, they must be looking to break countries down and institute the NWO. All roads seem to lead to the same place. And maybe they do. Maybe the NWO bankers have the game rigged to benefit themselves in 9 out of 10 possible scenarios, or maybe even 99 out of 100. They know how to profit from war, and they know how to profit from any ‘peace’ that they define and offer. Real peace they cannot profit from, but real peace requires people to rise above their petty selves, and that might require toning down the nationalism a few clicks, and that brings you back to the kumbaya and the NWO…

See what I mean? It’s like a labyrinth. We don’t know how to get out. But there is a way out, and we have to find it. Of course, we can always go up and rise above it.

I call a time out

In the exact same way that the choice of Sarah Palin reflected on John McCain’s judgment, so will Obama’s cabinet and staff choices reflect on his judgment. So far, I don’t see change so much as the revolving door getting unjammed.

I’ll get to Rahm Emanuel in a second. But look at some of these other names.

Paul Volcker, a key economic advisor, who was federal reserve chairman under Ronald Reagan and broke the back of an inflation crisis in the early 1980s, could return briefly to his old post to try and stabilize the economy.

Investor Warren Buffett and Robert Rubin, a former Clinton treasury secretary, could also assume economic posts in an Obama White House.

Rahm Emanuel, an Illinois representative who served in the Clinton White House, is said to have been approached to be Mr. Obama’s chief of staff. Another possibility is Tom Daschle, the former U.S. senator for South Dakota.

Bill Richardson, the New Mexico Governor, and Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts have been tipped for secretary of state, while Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, a Republican, is being touted for defence.

Mr. Obama is said to want to keep on Robert Gates, the current Defence Secretary, so he can supervise a troop withdrawal from Iraq, but Mr. Gates has apparently said he wants to retire.

Reagan people, Clinton people, Bush people, former presidential candidates, blah blah blah. Where’s the creative thinking in this list? I’m so sorry, but these people have already had a turn (or two or three or thirty or forty). Is it so hard to find experienced, intelligent, non-compromised people to help run this country, that we must keep going back to the same polluted well over and over again? If so, we need to fix that problem, too. You know, this is exactly what people who predicted that Obama would bring no real change have been talking about, and Obama seems well on the way to proving them right. It pains me to say it. Here we are one or two days out from his victory for change, and he’s offering us pre-chewed gum. Uh…no thanks. You got a fresh stick in there somewhere, guy?

But naturally, it could be much worse! Rahm Emanuel alone is one hot potato of controversy. For some straight background, this NYT piece gives the basic outline: personal friend, former Clinton advisor, legistlator, political strategist, Chicagoan, aggressive bastard, former investment banker and moneybags, ties to Israel included. Joe Scarborough doesn’t like this Rahm Emanuel idea one bit.

“I don’t think that’s a shrewd move,” Scarborough complained. “I respect Rahm politically … [but] that is a very bad sign for a united America because Rahm Emanuel is all brass knuckles. … Barack Obama, if he selects him, has just sent a message to Republicans, ‘Drop dead.’”

“It is a horrible, horrible symbol … to people that believe that Barack Obama’s going to reach out to the center and to Republicans,” continued Scarborough. He insisted that “they needed a Tom Daschle” — referring to the mild-mannered former Senate Majority Leader who was an early Obama supporter.

If this is just predictable Republican whining, we can safely ignore it. It is not the case that the Democrats will have to constantly reach out to the Republicans this time around, so the Republicans must get used to having much less power, hard as that may be for them. And yes of course we understand they would prefer some nice fellow like Tom Daschle, some doormat they can wipe their boots on. (I always loved those helpful Republican suggestions.) Nevertheless, when I went looking for more information on Emanuel, some nasty things popped up.

About a year ago, Truthout reviewed Emanuel’s influence on Democratic Party politics.

May 2004, a former candidate for the New York State Legislature named Cynthia Pooler founded November Victories and Democrat Unity, online forums for new candidates who were running for Congress as Democrats.

“Before you knew it, candidates started talking about the difficulties they were having with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic leadership,” Pooler said.

According to Democratic candidates who ran for House of Representative seats in 2006, Rahm Emanuel, then head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, took sides during the Democratic primary elections, favoring conservative candidates, including former Republicans, and sidelining candidates who were running in favor of withdrawal from Iraq.

…According to his critics, Emanuel played kingmaker by financially supporting his favored candidates during primary contests with other Democrats. His critics say that this interference was in direct contradiction of a DCCC policy to “remain neutral” in party primaries.

….How Emanuel came to his decisions about which candidates to support against Democratic opponents is known only to Emanuel and his staff. Emanuel declined direct comment on this story. But an examination of individual races reveals a pattern of financial and political support for wealthy conservative candidates and an assault on their grassroots-supported opponents who were running on platforms that included a full withdrawal of US forces from Iraq.

This piece uncovers the same seedy network politics that we all know and hate. It’s just the Democratic party version of the Republican party old-boy network. For instance, how would you like to be running against somebody who just got ‘tapped’ by the Fairy Godfather?

Tim Bagwell, a grassroots activist and Cegelis campaigner, said that Duckworth was “hot-wired” into the national media and fund-raising circuit by the DCCC. George Stephanopoulos, who served in the Clinton administration with Emanuel, interviewed Duckworth on his Sunday morning ABC News program, elevating her to national prominence.

That’s what the Republicans did with Palin, isn’t it? OK, so he plays hardball politics. Perhaps we can’t fairly hold that against him. But his loyalties we can question. His decision to play hardball politics on behalf of wealthy conservative candidates — a constituency directly opposed to his stated constituency — belies a certain comfort and facility with deception. A red flag.

Is he a dual citizen, too? Well, supposedly, not anymore.

In a very well publicized example in 2002, Democratic candidate for Congress, and now a congressman from Illinois, Rahm Emanuel was criticized by his opponent for being an Israeli dual citizen and having served in that country’s armed forces while an American citizen.64 That impression had been fueled by comments like those of Emanuel’s White House colleague, George Stephanopoulos, who told Nightline that, “Rahm had served in the Israeli army.” The Jerusalem Post reported on July 1, 1997, after an interview with Mr. Emanuel that, “What has perhaps gained Emanuel the greatest admiration in Jerusalem was his coming to the country during the Gulf War to volunteer at a supply base near Kiryat Shmona. He did menial work at the base, separating tank brakes from jeep brakes from truck brakes. He downplays the trip, saying it was not a sacrifice, merely ’something I wanted to do.’”

Footnote 64: An Internet blog site SmarterTimes.com (March 6, 2002) carried the following background information: “A dispatch from Chicago in the national section of today’s New York Times reports that the president of the Polish American Congress, Edward Moskal, ’suggested, erroneously, that’ an Illinois congressional candidate, ‘had dual citizenship with Israel and has served in its armed forces.’ The Associated Press reported in a 1996 biographical sketch of Mr. Emanuel that ‘In 1991, during the Persian Gulf War, he spent 2 and a half weeks rust proofing brakes for Israeli Army vehicles.’ And the Washington Post reported in 1992 that ‘Rahm retained dual citizenship until age 18, when he gave up his Israeli passport, but sometimes thinks ‘ambivalently’ about moving permanently to Israel. It is now part of his legend that during the Persian Gulf War in early1991, when Iraqi scuds were falling on the country where he spent many a childhood summer, he volunteered for 2 1/2 weeks on an army base near the Lebanese border, rust-proofing brakes for military vehicles.’”

Now for the rabbit hole. (Stop here if you don’t believe in conspiracies. I do not present any of this as true or false. It is my belief that many things go on behind the scenes, and much of it could be pretty damn ugly, so I therefore have little trouble considering such reports. I always hope they’re wrong, but I want to know about them just in case.)

From Sherman Skolnick, undated:

Major fund raiser, campaign and otherwise, for Bill Clinton and his gang, has been Rahm Emanuel. He is an expert reportedly on dirty money through the Chicago markets, particularly the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, called the “Merc”. In return, Clinton for five years had Rahm as White House Senior Advisor. On a local TV Show in Chicago, Rahm was shown with his desk right near the door to the Oval Office. He bragged he was the closest to the President. Rahm Emanuel has dual citizenship, U.S. and Israel. He is reputedly the acting deputy station chief for North America of Israeli intelligence, the Mossad (The Institute).

Apparently two-faced, Rahm both set up Clinton in the Monica Lewinsky Affair as well as repeatedly playing the role on network TV of Clinton loyalist.

Oh, not that damn Mossad again, whose charming motto is By deception shall we wage war. Is that ‘deception factor’ why Emanuel makes such a great strategist? Presumably, Obama would know about this if it’s true. Right? I mean, seriously. Either it’s a scurrilous rumor or it’s true; and if it’s true, Obama must know. And if he knows and offers the guy a job as Chief of Staff, he’s ok with it. Bad, Obama. Bad bad bad.

Now, piles of shrill, mostly right-leaning people have been complaining bitterly about Obama for many months now, and casting every aspersion under the sun his way, although not necessarily this one. I have tried to keep an open mind about all this, and I pretty much succeeded until the last couple of weeks, when I felt these people got really and truly carried away with the hysteria already. Here somebody describes the speculating as an electronic lynching.

The turnout for Obama was real. His ability to tap into people’s desire for a better future is real and not necessarily contrived. McCain’s disastrous campaign was real. But now the talk must manifest into action, and now we shall see what emerges from the fog of battle. Is this guy for real, or not? We’ll find out.

From the comments to the last link, somebody believes in Good Obama:

As for Obama, I fear for his life. I don’t think he fully understands who he’s dealing with. He’s being set up.

If anything, it’s the zionists who are roping and doping him, not the other way around.

Now that they have Rahm appointed as his closest advisor they’ll know before anyone else does if Obama’s about to defy them - and they will act accordingly.

Rahm will betray Obama in a heartbeat and hand his head over on a silver platter to his zionist buddies.

Obama is surrounded.

If he gets out of this alive, it will be by the grace of God.

Well, the only thing worse would be if Obama didn’t need to be betrayed by his Zionist buddies. Good luck to us. Game in progress…

Actually, just go read American Goy. He cuts right to the chase.

What happens when they get caught?

The people in power have committed many crimes, and we don’t know about most of them yet. As these crimes get exposed, it will cause many problems. You could say we will have a new Problem/Reaction/Solution situation on our hands here pretty soon.

Have you ever confronted a narcissist or psychopath? I have. It gets very messy very quickly. When confronted, they first deny (wide-eyed and aghast), and then immediately go into overdrive trying to backstop as many lies as they possibly can to prevent their whole construct from unraveling. Considering that they reproduce lies like horny little bunnies, they panic at the thought of tracking them all down in time. Much throwing under the bus ensues, along with tears, rending of garments, gnashing of teeth — basically a full-blown, breathless hysterical production in which the liar-protagonist tells an elaborate tale of being betrayed by “everyone else”, and then proceeds to run around the block as quickly as possible to reach “everyone else” and tell the tale again, always adjusting the “facts” to ensure that they alone remain in the center of holy righteousness at all times.

I have just described for you what we will be subjected to on a very large scale, starting tomorrow, and lasting through probably most of next year.

Just remember: We have lots of problems, but those who created these problems have even bigger problems, which mainly revolve around avoiding responsibility (like prison, for instance). We must react to our problems with great care. But the appropriate reaction to their problems is steely, unflinching, impassive, unmovable resolve. As for solutions to their problems, from our perspective, I’m thinking trials for treason, war crimes…you know, stuff like that.

It depends what the definition of ‘never’ is

From a very serious open letter to Barack Obama:

Never before has a Presidential candidate failed to fully disclose routine information about their background that might help the voters make an informed choice in an election.

Statement from the McCain camp explaining why Sarah Palin’s medical records have not been released:

“We believe that a candidate should be able to preserve some privacy in this process, and we’re confident the American people will validate that judgment come election day.”

Maybe you should sit down for this

I continue to wade through www.worldreports.org, wishing I had stumbled across it two years ago. Meanwhile, not knowing exactly what to expect tomorrow, but hoping for a straightforward result at least, this little story caught my eye:

McCain plans to purge CIA if elected, officials say
Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) plans to “purge” the CIA if elected Nov. 4, according to a report Sunday, potentially returning the agency to a model used during World War II.

Government officials, speaking anonymously to Newsweek, “said they expect a President McCain would purge not only [CIA Director Michael] Hayden but also his two top deputies.”

…Obama’s campaign, meanwhile, has said little, but campaign officials didn’t downplay suggestions that they’d replace Hayden, who was instrumental in the development of President George W. Bush’s National Security Agency’s warrantless wiretapping program.

“Inside the various agencies, trepidation is widespread,” the magazine said. “The last thing American intelligence needs is another shake-up,” one official said, noting that the previous reorganization “is barely two years old. It’s still shaking out, and it can be made to work better than it does now–without using a chain saw.”

Well, actually, according to the report cited below, a shake-down of these agencies would be completely in order. You know…to turn all the lying scumbag thieves masquerading as public servants upside down and empty their pockets of all the stolen money and treasonous secrets they’ve apparently been handing off to the highest bidders? Good idea.

What follows is but one little story from this report, and this is just one report from a long stream of reports, and this is just the free version of the author’s work, as one can pay for more detailed information. It makes my blood boil to know that this information must be widely known inside the Beltway. Widely known, for years. To wit:

Congress is deeply compromised, with 1,500+ people on The Hill having been identified in April 2007, as we reported at the time, as beneficiaries of secret offshore bank accounts. Bribery of legislators under Cheney has been extensive.

Bribed to shut-up about things like this, Dick and George’s private spook computer trade-show:

‘CHENEY & BUSH TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE COMPUTERS USED FOR THE MURDERS’
I found the White House Security camera footage of that event. The GAO has a copy of it. The payment is shown on the video. The man took hundred dollar bill(s) out of his pocket and handed that to Bush. Bush hesitated and then handed the money to Cheney. The footage of that computer being carried out of the room by a guard follows about 20 minutes later. The room had about 20 computers from the CIA in it, to start with. [They were all neatly laid out, as at a sales demonstration, for buyers to examine, test, select, and pay for: only cash was accepted: Ed.].

The security camera tape shows Bush Jr. and Mr Cheney repeatedly coming into the room with a prospective buyer and taking cash in varying amounts. That continued until all the computers were gone. Some prospective buyers remained in the room for over an hour exploring the contents of the stolen CIA computers, before deciding on a purchase. I checked with the CIA and found that no CIA vetting of those buyers had occurred. Most did not have security clearances. Some of them had prior felony convictions and had been allowed into the White House ‘on orders from above’. The sale was ‘by invitation only’, with Bush and Cheney controlling the invitation list.

The earlier tape shows Cheney directing Halliburton employees in where to set the computers up. Much care and time was taken to plug them in and connect them to monitors, mice, keyboards, and to arrange the room nicely with a mouse pad under each mouse. The GAO has a copy of that tape too. The manual on how to torture people (in the manner described) and the file of CIA Personnel was sent overseas and domestically through the mail whenever a buyer purchased a snuff film from that man. His poorly kept records showed that he had mailed out at least 2,000 such CDs with the Manual on ‘how to please the Lords of Darkness’, and file on them.

After reading this report, and I encourage you to do so, one can only conclude that George Bush, Dick Cheney, et. al. work for people whose goal is surely to destroy America. They have accomplished a great deal toward their goal over eight years. Yet people DO exist who resist, or who at least burn with resentment and wait, and should anything happen to move the situation back toward justice (which according to Story is currently happening behind the scenes), these people might just come out of the woodwork. Soon.

‘You cannot believe how many people have told me to call them on 20 January [the date of the next president's inauguration],’ he says, with relish. ‘[They say:] “You wanna know about abuses and violations? Call me then.” So that is what I’ll do, so long as nothing awful happens before the inauguration.’ - Seymour Hersh

What did you say?

Jerusalem Post Editor David Horovitz is Very VERY Concerned as We Americans Vote

http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?apage=1&cid=1225199612971&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

As America chooses its new leader on Tuesday, I’m worried - for Israel, [Israel FIRST, even if it is an American election.] and for the US and the rest of the free world. [Whatevs...]

Because much of America [the obviously WRONG much...] - seven Islamist terror-free domestic years after 9/11 - has long since stopped regarding Muslim extremism as a real, on-your-doorstep, life-ending danger. [See, that's why you guys need another 9/11.]

And because for much of America, [again, the WRONG much...] the Iraq war, however relatively beneficial the surge, was a terrible, era-changing mistake that has recalibrated the nation’s attitude to the notion of self-defense. An ill-conceived act of unconscionable hubris, misdirected and fatal more than 4,000 soldiers’ lives over [Oh, and I don't know anything about the other lives.]. A mistake that ruined America’s economy, its reputation, its global relations. [Is that what you think of the Iraq War? No no no...you've got it all wrong. (Also, we had nothing to do with any of this.)]

This America is certain, through to its scarred soul, that it shouldn’t have fought the Iraq war. There were no weapons of mass destruction. Distant Saddam was not its problem. Even after 9/11 - especially after 9/11 - Saddam was not its problem.

And it doesn’t want to know right now whether the war it shouldn’t have fought was also the wrong war - in other words, that it should have held its fire for a war it might truly need to wage. [That would be the one we want you to do for Israel now.]

Much of today’s America has arrived at the place Western Europe has been occupying for some time. However potentially devilish the dangers may be down the road, unless the killers are here, now, bombing homes and buses and offices and stores, it doesn’t want to fight any wars. No wars, for no causes that are not America’s direct business. [You selfish, selfish Americans.]

However understandable, this is ostrich thinking. It is the kind of head-in-the-sand mindset that, seven decades ago, was central to the delay that cost all those [(adjusted)] millions of Holocaust lives. [Why don't you care about ISRAEL????]

But if Iran’s genocidal regime is capable of implementing its inhumane ambitions, there will be no slow gathering of pace, no Nazi-style gradual refinement of the mass-killing process. The threat, rather, is of simple pressure applied to a nuclear trigger and vast, immediate consequences. There would be no room for the belated realization of the imperative to act that enabled the costly defeat of the Nazis. The damage would already have been done. [The Iranians are MADMEN! Can't YOU SEE THAT?????? Repeat after me: Nazi Holocaust Nazi Holocaust Iran Nazi Holocaust Iran. Ok good. Keep going.]

THIS IS not a Zionist’s entreaty to American voters to choose John McCain [We would never interfere, mind you.] - the candidate who has used the more trenchant rhetoric about his determination to ensure Iran is unable to achieve its nuclear weapons ambitions; the candidate who has internalized man’s capacity to do harm more personally than his opponent, blessedly, has needed to thus far. [Obama is an inexperienced babe in the woods. He just does not understand yet how much harm he needs to internalize. But sadly, he will learn. (fuck fuck fuck)] No, not even though we fear, in the abiding absence of sufficient international economic pressure on Teheran, that we may indeed soon face the stark choice McCain presented between military intervention and the only thing worse: a failure to apply military intervention that enables Iran to go nuclear. [Shakespeare, where art thou as I needeth to convey the urgency?]

For we on the front line of the new war between life and the death cult of Islamic extremism listened to dramatic rhetoric for years from McCain’s Republican predecessor, and saw it persuade our leaders that George W. Bush would take care of Iran one way or another. We came to recognize that this conviction was empty. And in today’s America, bent on avoiding another war at almost all cost, we wonder how much more credible McCain is than Bush has been, how much more latitude for action he would really be able to muster. [They're all talk, NO ACTION. You cannot even begin to imagine our disappointment.]

Nor, however, is it a plea to endorse Barack Obama’s [G-d forbid the schvartz get in!] recipe for tough diplomacy - designed to impress upon the Iranians that they had better abort their nuclear weapons program or risk more “serious action,” with the military option on the table.

The Obama approach may well yield a greater international readiness to economically pressurize Teheran into changing course. And Obama has issued tough statements as he’s neared the White House - in July telling The Jerusalem Post he would do “everything in my power as president to prevent Iran attaining nuclear weapons,” and this month declaring, still more forcefully, that he’d do “everything that’s required to prevent it.”

If that leaves us hopeful but not persuaded that Teheran will be deterred, that’s because the Iranians must surely doubt his willingness to approve an “or else” that would truly devastate them. [He's useless to us.]

How much terrifying weight, after all, can any threat carry when it emanates from an America to which Obama has promised change rather than continued military meddling in confusing foreign parts; an America grappling with economic meltdown; an America shellshocked from the Iraq war; an America insisting that it must not embark on further military adventure, especially when success is anything but guaranteed. [So very, very useless to us.]

And so, here in Israel, we are reexamining whether, if all else fails, our air force would be capable of achieving in Iran what it could not get done in south Lebanon… [(sniff)...Looks like we're on our own. This SUCKS.]

THIS IS not a column offering partisan advice, then. But, [So Not...BUT, while I have your attention...] as America goes to vote, it is an Israeli expression of the most profound concern, and a plea for a reality check and the recognition of some inconvenient truths. [Please please please do what WE want you to do: Vote McCain.] Because America, in Iraq, did fight the wrong war, or at the very least fought it in the wrong way. And, as things stand, neither victor on November 4 will easily be able to persuade his countryfolk that it may soon be necessary to fight the right one. [We really really really need you to attack Iran for us, 'kay? Please?]

I am concerned, as an Israeli, [(your intellectual and moral superior, may I graciously remind you)] that the pressure to let us serve as the test case - and by that I mean to let Iran go nuclear and hope that nothing too terrible happens to us - may be hard to resist for the new president. [You are stepping out of line goyim. Know your place!] He will be inheriting a shaken free world superpower - a had-it-so-good society reeling from financial instability at home and from its ongoing overseas encounters with forces insistently determined to both kill and be killed in the name of a religious perversion. [The Islamofacists, obviously (cough).]

It will be so much more convenient for Washington to hesitate, however briefly, when our unbreakable, unshakable alliance is most acutely examined. [REMEMBER THE SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP?!?!?!] It will be tempting, too, to listen to European whispers that we have brought our face-off with the Islamists upon ourselves, and exacerbated their wider grievances, by failing to find reconciliation with our Palestinian neighbors. [It's ALL LIES! DON'T LISTEN TO THEM!!! Look at me. You are getting veeeery sleeeepy. Listen to me. Israel is your best friend....you loooooove Israel.....]

Convenient, but misguided - and not only as regards Israel’s safety. [sniff]

No one can know whether Iran’s spiritual leader will press the button if his nuclear technicians manage to assemble a rule-the-region bombing apparatus for him, [Which only WE are entitled to have!!] or whether the basic care for his own people’s lives, that we define as pragmatism, will triumph. Nor can we know if his finger will halt only to transfer the silkily murderous technology to non-state players who need have no concerns about second-strike consequence. [It is an OUTRAGE that we don't know what we want to know, so you must kill them for us!! We cannot stand being in this position! It's UNBEARABLE!!!!]

What we do know is that even in the least bad of the worst-case scenarios - in which Iran attains a nuclear capability but neither uses it nor delegates its use - Israel, which has triumphed improbably [by directing your every move] over decades of regional hostility, will be in unprecedented trouble. [Nobody messes with Zohan, alright? This is just going too far.]

Every moderate friend of Israel in this region {blank stare} will be weakened, every extremist emboldened. Every investor in Israel will give pause; every Israeli with overseas options will consider them. [PLUS this could be bad for business, you know!? C'mon!]

SO YES, with our principal ally traumatized, I worry for my country.

But I worry for America and the rest of the free world, too. [Being magnanimous, as I am, which you seem to forget in your SELFISHNESS.] For there is no clean air in this coal mine.

As its leadership reminds the global audience at every opportunity, Iran’s ambitions are not confined to our little patch of land on the edge of the Mediterranean. It is bent on remaking the global order - on punishing the great powers that have so abused their authority and so displeased the higher forces. [I'm sure I don't know what you're insinuating with that look.] Even if falling oil prices are starting to hurt and poor President Ahmadinejad is suffering the strains of overwork, such lofty goals are not easily abandoned. [As we should know, as this is all OUR JOB to rule the world, and Iran is completely out of line. I mean...WTF? We can't even believe this is happening.]

The free world, if it wishes to maintain its democracies, its liberties, its choices, therefore, will have to assert itself sooner or later. The only short question is whether Iran is stopped before it can demonstrate that it means what it so viciously says, or afterwards. [Don't fuck this one up, or else.]

A short question, but one that should be weighing heavily on Americans as they choose their new leader on Tuesday. [DO YOU HEAR ME?!?!?!?]

A short question, but one that, if it is to be well answered, will require the new president to remake his country’s battered, bloodied and mistrustful mindset. [You people get right back into your proper scared-shit willing to die for Israel anything for Israel mindset IMMEDIATELY, you hear me?, or we're gonna pull this car over to the curb and yank you out by your collar...and...]

A short question, but potentially for Israel, where the diminished Jewish nation has regrouped and flourished after the Holocaust, an existential one. [WE ARE SO SCARED SHIT OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO US IF YOU AMERICANS DON'T KEEP DANCING TO OUR TUNE. FUUUUUCK.]
