		<description>There's no reason to believe that all European/white cultures would be competitive with Finnish education were it not for the corrupting use of disparities between the races (and the sexes to a lesser degree), ...by the usual suspects.  Reality shows (opposite of what we're told) a higher level of educational performance where you find a higher degree of homogeneity of both race (and gender).  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;E.g., Finnish Demographics...&lt;br/&gt;Finn 93.4%, Swede 5.6%, Russian 0.5%, Estonian 0.3%, Roma (Gypsy) 0.1%, Sami 0.1% (2006)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Simply put, separate the races and genders in the educational setting to achieve the highest potential in each, i.e., let them be all they can be, not more or less.</description>
